Unusually detail-focused for a general contractor and born with a hammer in his hand, David has managed all aspects of general construction and developed many high end residential, commercial, & self-storage structures over the last 21 years including running his own firm for the last 8 years.
As Co-Founder of Hughes & Company and Everest Construction, David developed and built the Mobile, AL self storage location, many high end residential homes, as well as several commercial projects. David manages all aspects as the General Contractor from initial meetings to Certificate of Occupancy.
Steeped in the disciplines of finance and project management, David previously developed several high end and residential commercial construction projects for one of the higher-end builders in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before moving to California, David cut his teeth with entitlement and development of raw land for a semi-custom home subdivisions in Atlanta.
Like his brother David, James’ construction career began working alongside his father as a young man. With all the tools and know-how necessary to succeed, James was quick to earn a reputation as a hard-working, detail oriented young professional.
James has spent the better part of his 30-year construction career expanding upon the knowledge of the industry he gleaned from his father, and nurturing a myriad of relationships along the way.
Of his many accomplishments: developing raw land subdivisions for homes, self storage facilities, senior centers, apartments, and hotels. James excels in all site related construction.
